Order Processing
All Hidden Brook Press orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected.
All estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Hidden Brook Press is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hidden Brook Press is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
